Well..the acting dude doesnt look inspiring...Ruto should not be afraid to put competent kalenjin. The worse that can happen is being accused of tribalism...the best..this guy send Raila to mathare valley...from statehouse..without much violence

The usual tribalism talk will be there by default. For me Bungei is very good police man with very good history - give the man the job
