AhmedNassir & His Obsession with Corrupt Judges
« on: March 04, 2023, 03:24:15 AM »
AhmedNassir confuses me because there's no way a lawyer in Kenya could afford to drive a bentley without being corrupt, but everyday, he screams about the problem of these corrupt judges, but he himself has been part of this corrupt system, which has benefitted financially.  So, he is now complaining about the judges because he has made all the money he can or is he (and I believe he is very corrupt) doing this because he wants to clean up the system knowing that if it does get cleaned up, he will not make as much.

Kenyans act as if they don't live in Kenya. The same way Murathe and Uhuru said they'd never vote for the thief ruto (assuming people didn't know that they too were thieves?) It's a country of hypocrites and do these public figures think people don't know the truth?

That how corrupt Somalis roll. the cultivate a one persona in private and another in public. Most of Somali elites are mukes for Somail criminal networks. This guy is one of the most corrupt Somalis but he is able to fool a lot of kenyans with his double speak.

He has been at it almost all his life.
During Moi time - he was a thin UON law school dean - and use to rail against corrupt judges.
They made him LSK chair
Then come Kibaki time - he got a chance during radical surgery to influence new judges
Quit teaching and started law firm
Then again during the 2010 constitution - he got a chance to reconfigure it - made tonnes of money
When Mutunga retired - his influenced dropped
Now I guess he is plotting for entry back to driving judiciary.

The man is very brilliant schemer - and very brave - and has therefore made serious money.

He knows our judicial system is weak - merits of the case dont matter - judges presiding decide.

Now he is down and out in judicial corridor - most judges have figured out his intimidation gameplan- he needs to figure out something else - maybe go into political wheeler dealing.

Shouting is halfway journey. Let Kenyans know what they are dealing with when in Kenyan courts.

Many Kenyans think only police and prosecutors are corrupt thus false hopes on magistrates and judges.

Ahmed Nassir has purged substantial deadwoods. Sonko already got Chitembwe out with his noise.
I underestimated the heartbreaks visited by hasla revolution
