Exercising is underrated

the benefits are so immense I am not sure why this is not actually taught to humans and socialized as a need. if you want to beat insomnia exercise. especially doing something out doors that you love like walking, jogging , riding a bike ..the benefits are just indescribable..I am mad that I do not exercise daily

30 to 45 minutes three four times a week on a stationary bike plus press ups has done wonders for me. When i go for my medical check ups i come home smiling.i drastically reduced pombe and when i take my drink, its a clean vodka shot.

exercise stop being lazy. science had proven that the benefits are way beyond what the average Joe knows.
