This number is clearly incorrect and jalas seems to have popularized it (his math as usual is off) but the general issue is that a majority of Kenyans are fed up and just want to leave. Kenya is good for politicians, wash wash guys and drug dealers.

True figure is around 200,000 applicants (but this does not include those just applying for visa's to the mideast, europe, etc

About 3,000 are issued for each African country, but I am wondering what % of working age countries are actually out of the country (If you include the middle east, asia, europe, etc)
