This guy is soo dumb, he has now ruined the entire case, maybe even he did it intentionally, now chances of nailing Kinoti are very slim,

He cannot cry vicitmization - he will be dragged by fellow Meru police commissioner and Meru interior minister. Kinoti has so many cases including threatening bad arse Somali DPP he is certainly going jail.

In fact Muturi can send him to jail today if AG withdraw their appeal against his suspended jail term.

He has already been sentenced for six months term in Kamiti for his contempt against the court in Wanjigi case and is out on bail.
