DCI Eldoret is it safe ?
The killer squad use the bullet or suffocation !
Usually arrest a suspect and don't book in any station or and occurrence book.
If booked the said officers abuse " miscellaneous applications!".
This is the period suspects are tortured.as they await conclusion of investigations.
All torture suspects.
They kill by suffocation.
Then throw victims are thrown into rivers,forests or roadsides.
Scientifically there's a time frame such victims die as a result of suffocation ..some ten minutes,others longer.
A suspect's head is inserted into a tick polythene paper bag like....and all air driven out.
They then tie a rope around the neck and pull in opposite direction.
The polythene's functions is to deny fresh air and the same time leave not the rope's marks round the neck.
Postmortem only show the victim died of suffocation.
Odhiambo,Kimeli.amd Sunkuli are amongst the killer squad in Eldoret attached to County Commander !
(Another Odhiambo was arrested arraigned in a court of law and interdicted )
