It would be stupid to waste time on vendetta against Kenyatta etc. They are not a priority. The loopholes in the laws that allowed that to happen to him should be the priority.

The Rights of Diaspora Citizens is an urgent topic. The caveats preventing dual citizens from running for office should be removed as contradictory and undesirable in the constitution. A dual citizen should run for any office but nist must renounce all foreign citizenship before assuming office.

There are other matters such as why persons are not eligible to hold both MP and MCA post. 56 countries allow that and in fact the MCA position is voluntary and has no pay. The holder keeps his day job. An unemployed person gets a minimum allowance which is the average of the salary of the county staff.

In short there small but significant issues that need tightening. The objective must be to cut the wage bill and attract quality representation
