President Uhuru Kenyatta has subtly expressed disappointment with the decision by the Supreme Court to uphold the election of his deputy William Ruto. The outgoing president urged Kenyans to hold all institutions to account saying that their decisions must be consistent and coherent at all times.

He questioned whether elections should be about numbers or processes adding that institutions cannot make one decision in one election and an opposition decision in another.

Uhuru assured of a smooth transition and congratulated all elected leaders despite not mentioning Ruto by name.

A lesson to future Presidents . Never involve yourself in succession politics.
Uhuru didnt learn from Moi and Kibaki when he was subject to both successions.

He still can't bring himself to congratulate Ruto.A loser
