Next example:

A FORM 34A from Bungoma (Mt. Elgon) has same KIEMS Kit ID as one from Nyeri Town - a distance apart of over 600Km!

Soweto answering a question that was asked by the Bench - Koome rules it is NOT new evidence.

So you cannot answer a question put to you by the Bench? The question was specific: Provide an example .....

... and what better way than to do it LIVE from the IEBC portal ....

Pundit, we all due respect you are not on the bench. That call will be made (already been made) by the bench.
But this Jose camargo was deported. He was not accredited by IBEC. What is his footprint doing after Aug 9th on the system.

Chebukati did not say what you are telling us:

Quote
Kinoti: No evidence arrested Venezuelans are IEBC or IT firm staff
In a statement dated July 23, 2022, Kinoti said the Venezuelan nationals; Jose Gregorio Camargo Castellanos, Joel Gustavo Rodriguez Garcia and Salvador Javier Sosa Suarez were arrested after their bag which contained election materials was flagged at the airport.

Kinoti said, upon investigations, police established that the suspects' contracts did not explicitly state they were employees of IEBC or the IT firm contracted to deliver poll materials, as alleged by IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati.

Murgor: The Tender document was to provide JPEG. That requirement never changed, yet PDF Form 34As are all over IEBC portal

Murgor: I invite you to try out several software which can edit PDF, among them ADOBE Acrobat PRO DC and other 3rd party software.

I told this forum I have interacted with 3rd party software that could manipulate PDF as far back as year 2000, and pompous pundit told me not to argue with him.

Prior to 2000, all UN payslips were printed on pre-printed paper with 3-part carbon. So costly was this business, it was like tendering for printing of currency that must include security features. My innovation was to use paper AS CHEAP AS A4-paper and apply the security features such as watermarks that were/are inherent in PDF software which had grabbed market share by then. I pursued a copyright on my system with a view of patenting later but the powers that be stood in my way. They nonetheless acknowledge I saved them tons of money.

Overall, I have never seen a downcast Pundit like the one we have read from in the last 24hrs. I guess the agony will continue until Monday. Then the bench will put him out of his misery.

DCJ Mwilu yesterday: Numbers only point to the accuracy of an election. Numbers matter little, if the process has been flawed.
