The will lose Taita Taveta and Msabweni (kwale land) - through complusory acquisition. They will get paid very little. Wapende wasipende. The Land will then be used to settle Coastarians - and the land complains will reduce.
They will also lose the Narok/Naivasha 70K - ewaso kedong - Maasai will get back their land.
Ruiru land and Nakuru Gatheca farm will also likely go.
I see them loosing anything upto 200,000 acres of land.
Ruto wants to start Two Million Acre Settlement fund to correct Historical Injustices of 1960s - Kenyatta will contribute 0.2-0.5M - Moi's 0.1-0.3M acres.
Mama Ngina will collapse and die.

Those who corruptly acquire huge tract of land in 1960s - will lose them to squattors. This will solve many of the historical problems...and kenya will stop having few land barons owning millions of acres like the former white settlers.

With all the debts Kenya has .One of the option of the incomming regime is reclaim all ill gotten assets and wealth and generate incomw out of it.  It will be hard to fund the exchequer.

Uhuru showed the way by handling Likoni Waitiki farm in the same manner. Uhuru paid Waitiki 1,2 B for a land whose value was 9.3 Billion.

https://nation.africa/kenya/counties/mombasa/evanson-waitiki-says-he-is-happy-with-likoni-land-deal-361534

Former Land Cabinet Secretary Charity Ngilu had said that Mr Waitiki had demanded Sh10 million per acre, bringing the total cost to Sh9.3 billion for his land.

But government valuers had put its price at Sh2.64 billion.

President Kenyatta, who brokered the deal at State House, Nairobi in November 2015, is reported to have offered Mr Waitiki Sh1.1bn instead of the Sh9.3bn he had requested.

When the land was finally bought, the government declined to state how much it had paid for it but Mombasa Woman Representative Mishi Mboko had put the cost at Sh1.2 billion.

He is delusional and not normal. He needs to snap out of it.
He is not acting like a man that wants to retire in peace. I just don't get it. He seems to be in a state of drunken denial. Why, if you've been stealing since 1963 and have all this money, why in God's name do you want to go out like this? When you easily retire and live very comfortably in peace? I wonder what Margaret and his adult children are going to do now. They don't appear to be people who know how to work or how to hold on to their wealth if challenged.

He is behaving like a spoilt brat that's not used to losing. Losing to Kibaki was okay because Kibaki was part of his elite network and was like a father figure to him, but there's something about losing to Ruto that is just driving him crazy.

This what needs to be done in coast - Kenyattas, Arabs land barons - and in Rift valley - and give the land to squattors. Then Taitas wount live with bitterness that their land was taken by black colonilinizes. The Maasai will not see Ewaso Kedong and feel bitter. The same way in RV - any politician who acquire lots of land in 1960s under shadowy circumstance - should be paid - and land use to settle squattors - and half of it given to investors.

Ruto manifesto has this Land Settlement scheme - similar to 1960s - to fix the issues of 1960s.

Uhuru looks drunk or under influence of very strong substances like Cocaine. The man looks like he has not slept for several days. Heavy partying with coast harlems...very sad. Ngina should be concerned.

He better handover...this is 254, not Burundi

It seems some people here are surprised Uhuru is still in town and not in exile.

I believe Uhuru will handover to his successor who ever that may be.

The asshole engineered the hijacking of the four commissioners to try to extend his time. Too bad he is dealing with someone firing on all cylinders.
The future belongs to those who have a quarter of the character and integrity of RV Heavy Hitter!
