Is there a reconcilaiton process in the back end that allows this voter voting manually to captured on KIEMS kit? if not the total turnout should be Kiems votes plus manual votes equals total votes casts - the you take out the invalid votes and divide by total registered to come up with the turnout unless the turnout includes the spoilt ballots

35 do not vote
