So only 60 done - mm - maybe by morning they would be at 230 - leaving another 60K. So tomorrow evening

Official IEBC election results as at 9.45pm
William Ruto UDA 52.54% 5,620,912 Votes
Raila Odinga AZIMIO 46.78% 5,004,081 Votes
 10,697,458 votes tallied 211 of 291 constituencies

Awesome. That leave just 80. If they work overnight - then tomorrow morning - they can prep - and in afternoon - they can announce
