Roughly about 130,000 spoilt & rejected ballots

Total Valid Votes 13,908,086   
Raila 47.05% (6.5M)
Ruto 52.21% (7.3M)
Waja 0.5 & 0.3% - about 100K votes

Now they are still about 200 polling station that havent sent their form
That means about max 140,000k votes if all voted.

Not enough to cancel the almost 0.8M gap
