He is obligated to remain neutral to politics and even Joe Biden would not think of replacing him with another general. His loyalty to the US government is taken for granted no matter which political party has the current president.

Foreign policy in the US is to 100% in the hands of the Foreign Department. If kenya was to be warned, then that would be the work of the Foreign Sectretary or his immediate surbodinates and not the armed forces.

If they know KDF are being involved - CIA will arrange for US military to summon KDF and be given a warning. US is global system. It has interest everywhere.
