I dont know why you are excited about this elections when they are going to be the most boring in the history of Kenyan elections.
Its very clear Ruto has won them hands down.

Dont underrate Raila.
Until we bury him six feet that Engima is capable of anything.
Mganga hodari
Over-confidence is going to be Ruto weakness going forward.
He has to campaign like nothing

I am more worried about Uhuru.
Kibaki in 2007 unleashed a three month of campaign blitzkrieg that found Raila and his Luo inner circle off guard.
You saw how Uhuru collected millions of signatures in a week using chiefs and Ass chiefs
Prov Administration & NIS if deployed - where vijana na kazi, pesa ya wazee and all criminals that chiefs & ass chiefs knows, are forced to vote for the project - in every polling station - 10 votes - is 0.5M - 20 votes is a million votes.
It hard in secret ballot - but in KIambaa they tried...where chiefs come to polling stations and look at pesa ya wazee - and intimidate them - vote for gov project or you will be removed from monthly stipend.

As KICC rolled out - Raila was popping champagne
Convinced Kibaki could not make the a million vote difference.
Only to wake up to find Kibaki 200K votes - and whole of GEMA votes hidden.
Ruto has to worry about Kibaki era 2007 guys like Kinuthia Mbugua.

Therefore Ruto has to ensure there is ENOUGH RIGGING MARGIN to override any prov/nis interference.
Jubilee have locked the semi-arid areas - where NIS can set up fake polling stations.
That is where Ruto is way behind because Duale is not good enough....I think he is stingy.

They will unleash prov administration in GEMA - with chiefs and ass chief being threatened to be fired.

It's not easy to beat gov. It took Boinett in 2002 to let KANU knows the games were too dangerous.

Ruto has to up his counterintelligence - in gov circles - so he knows all the dirty games - so he can foil them
He also has to make it clear to uhuru - that it's going to end in ICC or wherever - but things will go to the wire.

And finally of course he needs to work on rigging margin - beating Raila is not enough - he has to beaten blue - the victory has to overwhelming.

That means he needs to look at 55 percent - not 50 percent.

What magic can Raila do at this stage ?
