Is voter registration in 254 a 'Living exercise' or an event tied to General election? Just curious. My father registered my brother and I and bought us KANU life membership. I have no recollection how it was all done...but it was a joint event of several KANU loyalist families doing like a rite of passage ceremony for their children.
