Kenya resists signing onto historic minimum corporate tax reform

Most of the world's nations have signed up to a historic deal to ensure big companies pay a fairer share of tax.

Some 136 countries agreed to enforce a corporate tax rate of at least 15%, as well bring in a fairer system of taxing profits where they are earned.

Good development!

Ireland, Hungary and Estonia - all of which have corporate tax rates below 15% - at first resisted but are now on board. However, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan and Sri Lanka have not yet joined the agreement.

The reason why African leaders have no qualms about stealing from their poor citizens is due to mweusi having the lowest ingroup affinity amongst all of the races. It is easy for us to throw each other under the bus, we have low civic cohesion - we don't look out for each other. It is even worse, there is an unexplained hatred and animus we have for each other. The transatlantic and Arab slave trades were largely facilitated by blacks. The sight of their fellow blacks being brutalized never stirred pangs of conscience in the souls of black slavers. Astonishing. Smugglers are till today throwing fellow blacks off ships, Arabs wouldn't do that to fellow Arabs, likewise Afghans, East Asian or any other race.
