The BOTs who have been bought influence public opinion and were useful in 2013/2017 to give the impression that the thefts were justified. Same manner they now try to influence public opinion that thievery is just "hasoling" and that corruption cannot stop an economy or a hasola is somebody guarded by 250 gendarmes.
