Is kenya ready for election
« on: May 31, 2021, 04:14:33 PM »
Going by 2022

1) IEBC needs to get 7-9 commissioners - and the secretariat - need to procure voting gadgets and all the related software btw now - to be ready for mass registration. If not we will continue to use Raila's french tools (Raila later disowned his guys).

The boundary review that was due after 10yrs is now out of question. Soon changing IEBC systems will be out of the question.

2) Mass voter registration - mid-January till mid-February ( a month). This is where parties need to mobilize. It's the election before the election.

3) Party nomination starts from Feb till May - with disputes being resolved around then. This where most of the election for Mps, governors and name it are won - so candidates should be out now campaigning.

4) Official campaign for 3 months of mid-May, June, and July - with the election set on 22nd August.

Btw now and January - parties need to set up structures and rules for nominations, register their party members, fundraise, and prepare.

But with COVID-19 restrictions likely to extend, the unpreparedness of IEBC, Uhuru and Raila focus on a dead BBI project, and the nascent dictator Matiangi distrungled - we are setting our selves for 2007/2008 civil war.

Pundit, in your 2022 civil war, which parties will be fighting against the other? Mind you Kenya's civil war is just between two parties and mainly in one area. the Kikuyu and Kalejin in RV. I thought both groups are 101% behind your man. So what will be the issue of fighting?

We don't have to go through gory details every day. Civil war could take any direction including a class war cum tribal war. Kalenjin may not attack Kikuyus but will probably attack Luo, Luhyas and Gusii...depending on how the teams align. Kikuyus will probably engage in their own internal civil war - with poor attacking the rich.

You certainly do not know the Kikuyu. :D :D :D
Even the Kikuyu mama mboga has a lot to loose if there is chaos. Do not count on the Kikuyu to raise one finger to fight for Ruto. Mind you even in 2007 the Kikuyu did not start any fight against anyone, but they were the ones who were attacked. Had Kibaki packed his bags after loosing the election in 2007, no one Kikuyu would have raised a hand against anybody in Kenya and I can assure you it will be the same case in 2022.

The class divide there is huge. That is why Ruto has scored a jackpot. It start from MauMau. Another thing - the poor kikuyu will attack their rich kikuyu - so Kalenjin cannot attack them - so to proof their total loyalthy to the hustler nation - they will start with Uhuru. For if they don't - then Kalenjin - will say they are one and the same - and will attack the poor kikuyus in their midst.Kinda of Kiambaa - where villagers attacked their neighbours - because Kalenjin had threaten to attack them all. That is what my friend told me - that surrounding villagers had attacked their non-kalenjin neighbours - except Kiambaa - so they were given a deadline - upon which non-discriminatory attack would happen - they panicked - and went overboard. You know in my home area. 1992 all kabilas were attacked. In 2007 - Luos /Luhya were one showing Kikuyu and Gusii houses. War has no permanent enemy.

Uhuru has to be careful. Ethiopia started playing with fire - and now it's burning.

We have to be careful in next election by ensuring we HAVE CREDIBLE WELL PREPARED FREE AND FAIR ELECTION - so far Matiangi has started in Meru by attacking Ruto folks -

What will hlep us is an independent judiciary - maybe annualing again - but will they? That card already been played.

If you have failed the last 4yrs  - and Ruto has been playing Mr Nice - went Ruto the sleeves and remove the gloves - you'll be calling Annan :) - and he would be long dead.
