1. Re-arrest Babu Ongili
2. Arrest the charge

I believe someone facing those charges can be given bail I think the big question is the terms of the bail, judge should explain that also I think there should have been a clause to revoke the bail if the victim die.
Even in America I remember a case where some NFL player shot his girlfriend in North Carolina and he was given bail.
