Woke up to find it suspended. Maybe the nairobi lawyer managed to bring it down.

What will he achieve? Some lawyers. Does he think the owner will pay him billions? These are struggling sites. I know of few really "wealthy" bulletin Boards.

@Bryan275, the article had the url for the source clearly well cited in line with the fair use internet guidelines. unless nipate moderator failed to show exactly this, and presented a weak argument/defence, or bring the post down if google was having issues with it, maybe there were other issues we didnt know about. its like copying an article from nation or standard with url .
