I keep telling people we need more scientists in office and no more lawyerish types who have no idea what tomorrow's science/technology is capable of. The world is run by Big Pharma because retarded lawyerish types still dominate govts. Tomorrow's world leaders will inevitably need to be scientists. That's the future.

A science leader would've activated something visually calming on those rowdy youth cell phones, or wail not useless sirens but hypnotic wails to calm those youths down. It's inevitable power be exercised something of the effect based on Foucault's theory on technological bodies. Aim to preserve a species instead of a traditional mindset of "restoring order."
