Last weeks' horrifying terrorist attack in Garissa propelled Kenya to the forefront in the War on Terror for the second time in under two years. Kenyan cities ..... Seems the security organs are really working ...... except for remote towns like Mpeketoni, Garissa, Mandera the Shabaabs have been ran out of major towns.... Even in Garissa case the main problem was mainly response time by RECCE and army
