Title: why could an independent agency give Uhuru the List?
Post by: Georgesoros on April 03, 2015, 04:34:27 PM
Only the poor pay for crimes.
Others just are let GO
An agency that is supposed to be independent submits a list to the president. What if he was in the list?
Even uhuru should know better to ask for a list - thats interference, and should be a criminal offense.

The CEO gave the list to Uhuru thinking it wasonly for Uhuru's mind to digest and not to make it public.
The rest of EACC were in the dark so they also do not know which list waas handed over.

There is no good dog in this whole charade.  A bunch crooks pontificating.

Everyone knows the end game.  Status quo.

maybe this is what 'political goodwill' should look like around .... the big man saying loudly am with you in this war ..... but he also has to set the threshold...but does uhuru and his handlers possess analytical skills.....  why not use these skills in security and corruption wars

Arap parkepen,
Why should an independent entity give list of shame to the Prseident? I cannot answer but I thing I know where the answer lies aka What is the functions or mandate of the Indi. Ethics Comitee in relation to corruption evil in Kenya? What does the Constitution say? Dig into that first and give us an answer. And as for this RV, I have no clue since I dont dwell in politics
