This is one case I will never understand
The body lying at Moi Hospital mortuary in Voi is ICC witness Meshack Yebei's, his family has said.
Yebei's elder brother Moses Kisorio and his wife Lilian positively identified the body, found on December 30, 2014, on Friday.
“According to the looks, height and other body marks, I can say that I am 92 per cent sure that the body is that of my brother Meshack Yebei,” Kisorio told the press at the hospital.
He spoke after pathologists from Lancet Kenya, led by Ahmed Kalebi, collected samples for DNA tests.
Kisorio said Yebei was abducted by unknown people in Turbo town, Uasin Gishu county on December 28.
He said the family combed through all mortuaries in Rift Valley in vain.
“Today, pathologists have taken body samples for DNA testing. By looks, I am convinced that this is my brother’s body. However, let science prove through the DNA tests,” he said.
Lilian affirmed that the body is Yebei's.

It would appear to be the new angle that when he was abducted Turbo, in broad daylight, they took him to Voi after killing him.
One would be forgiven for thinking that utumishi kwa wote would have made at least some headway with the Ugandan phone, if not the ICC operatives story. The silence on that angle is ear splitting.

As a rule of thumb, I do not use the Lord's name in vain. A strictly enforced rule. Hopefully it's not too late to demand refund. From your comprehension teacher.
I have said, as I will continue to say, that utumishi will not bring clarity to Yebei's disappearance. I have said, that if anything, they will compound it. Obfuscate.
That they will make the story about anything but the crime that happened in Turbo and subsequently. And they can count on gullible cheerleaders. Why would I deny that I said or implied any of these?
Today, there is still no traction on the cell phone from which the late Yebei allegedly contacted his family. Two months ago.
If vooke has any evidence of his claim, he should have no issues tabling it. No?

Yebei is dead. The government chemist has had to reluctantly release information confirming what has been common knowledge to anyone who bothers to merely contemplate the story. Since December 30th.
Yebei, a key witness of the hustler if Karim Khan is believable, was last heard from in an SMS from a ugandan phone or so one is made to believe.
Eldoret, Kenya: The Government Chemist Monday revealed that the body recovered at Tsavo National Park is that of Meshack Yebei, a crucial witness in the International Criminal Court case against Deputy President William Ruto. The CID officer tasked with the investigation, John Kariuki, confirmed that DNA tests on samples showed a 99.9 per cent match. This validates a separate test done in South Africa last week by a private pathologist contracted by the family. “We shall be consulting with family and concerned stakeholders to decide when to perform a postmortem before releasing the body,” said Kariuki. The family scheduled the burial for Saturday, March 14 after the independent DNA tests proved positive.
