Just a thought.....

President Ruto while in France delivers a speech calling for a new global financial system outside the world bank and IMF ... An attack in lamu occured....

Uganda (M7) passes anti- gay laws..... Ugandan soldiers attacked in Somali... followed by another right in UG.....

After the MV Faina debacle I cannot rule out anything.....

How does terror attacks in Lamu affect Ruto?

ALshabaab are getting hit by Somali Gov and have moved out of the theatre.

I never touch liquor....

 Silly it may sound but I cannot rule out the west ( US) having a hand in all this al shabab attacks.....

Only conspiracy that makes sense is Ogaden of kenya and somali (Jubbaland) - Madobe and Duale - want excuse to keep kenya forces in Somalia. Kenya somalis need kismayu to smuggle things. Kismayu need kenya to ward off Mogadishu from threatening Madobe - the governor of Jubbaland.
