Medical science has conspired to strangle the truth. Poor Africa...It can be done and spectacularly so:

Where are the African medical luminaries? Where are the brilliant health professionals to carry Bill Hamilton's inquiry to completion? Hooper suffered from not knowing the rules of the game, not because he did not have data - like a layman representing themselves in court. He went in as a journalist before a medical council, but a scientist could punch holes in the assertions of this witchdoctor and leave the issue open for investigation. Mko wapi wangwana?

For this reason any doubt is reasonable doubt regarding the TETANUS vaccine and should cause immediate suspension of the vaccination campaigns until investigations are completed. Wow.
