Reminds me of arap Moi. When did he get to work and where did Kenya end up during his reign?

Another is Kibaki, who is said to have never got out of bed before 10 am. At least he left Kenya in a better economic state than he found it.

Waking up early says nothing about your ability to deliver. It all depends on your intentions. Even waizi are busy 24/7.

Moi left kenya better than almost all sub-saharan countries bar Botswana.
Kibaki slept - took kenya to civil war - that saw more than 1000 dead and 600K evicted.
Leadership is SERIOUS business.
It not okay to sleep in such position of power.

Kibaki did well in one function of gov - economics - failed in the other 100 functions. That is why he lost 2007.

Moi did well in 90% of other function - despite economics - ruled for 24yrs - and would have continued for 40yrs.

Because he was a serious president.
