Potential regional market when Ethiopia finally open & integrate with East Africa will be almost 0.5B people in east Africa in few years - by 2030- (120-140M in Eth, 100-120M in DRC, 70M in TZ,60M in Kenya, 50M in Uganda,15M each in Burundi/Rwanda/South Sudan/Somalia).
Safaricom has trail-blazed.
Baby Abiy is reformist.
We need to integrate and break borders.....and sell the region as one!
Just imagine 500 M people region.
