It's Raila, so they'll eventually intervene like they do after every election.

I certainly haven't heard Ruto calling for peace among his supporters who are wreaking havoc at the moment.

This could escalate to genocide 2.0 if Ruto can't handle the situation.

Raila should make a trip to Chatham house, DC or whatever it is that he goes to. He started Maandamano, this is great window to finish him and his goons. Sanitize the slums.
