When Kenya had forex issues in 1991 with foreign aid being cut (then 60% of the budget)
Moi went for gold - from DRC.
And kenya dug a bigger hole.

What was the exchange rate US$/Ksh last week and compared with today? Face reality my fren and not just your wishes.
