Give them a million - like Moi said - Jaluo is cheap - you give them a million - they will finish Raila.

Map all Luo gangs leaders - all MCAS

Give each a million shilling - you will see WONDERS.

Just go into bidding war with dynasties - if Raila give them 10K - as he will - give them a million KES.

No stone will be thrown.

1st thing gang leader will do is to book a holiday in Mombasa with his girlfriend :)  - all the energy will be spent in sex.

So now - get the money - get the MCAs, gang leaders, student leaders - let the money flow.

On this wall, Pundit has never been known to be a thinker. And you are right, he is always spewing nonsense.
