Very disappointing.  I consider both itumbi and wanjiru to be basically illiterate and kidero a total failure. What is Ruto doing???

These are politics positions for cutting ribbons..they are not in cabinet. They don't make policy.They are sent to represent minister

Milicent Omanga ministry of interior? huh?

Cate Waruguru foreign affairs?

Isaac Mwaura?

Why not just completely eliminate this useless CAS position? what is it they do anyway?

CAS is assistant minister. No job prescribtion, only political. Bure kabisa.

I'll agree if these people did not get paid, but apparently the get tax payer paycheck.

Ruto used to blast Uhuru on this claiming this positions were unconstitutional, he has rewarded his friends and doubled the number. My love for the Luo ends with Kidero, the man is not only a thief but also evil. He killed Mumias affecting the livelihood of thousands. He strangled Nairobi to its knees, this is a man whose only reward should be prison or lead.

He is picking the super corrupt, super incompetent, super nepotistic. Why would a trillionaire like Gacagua relative get a plum job??
