Title: NYS Passout Parade in Pictures: Where will The Jobs come from?

This picture is profound. What are these "graduates" expected to do after this parade? Where do they go? How will sub-saharan Africa address it's unemployment crisis?

Nigeria 200 million

Ethiopia 100 Million

Tanzania 60 million

Kenya 50 million

70% if not more are under the age of 30.  Think I once heard Ndii say that 60% of the population in kenya was under the age of 20  :o :o :o
