Let it be a lesson to all and sundry who think power is eternal. He did some pretty awful things which will haunt him.

All CS of security in the recent past have died. Matiang may end up dead

Thought you said his passport was confiscated? I wonder what country he is in and is he looking for a safe haven?

Only a court can order one to testify.
