I thought he would survive - he did well last year - but he also misused kra

Let him install his kalenjins everywhere...Next is a Kalenjin central bank governor.

Gathii refused to be chaired by just appointed KRA thug who used to finance sonko and undue pressure of unreasonable tax targets.

He is a thug..who disobeyed court  orders..weaponized kra...Ruto has been generous not fire him as soon as he got power.More will go

I hate this biatch with a passion, quoting the Bible while refusing to pay taxes and now fleecing Kenyans.

She created a big brewery from a little liquor operation.
The tax dispute is related to a disagreement on a product she sells -  Viena Ice Vodka
It's a very silly dispute.
KRA says wines should only be from grapefruit.
Vienna is made from pineapple.
Surely if you can make banana wine - why should KRA care?
Isn't Muratina a wine?

Worse part - KRA wants taxes to backdated many years ago - killing her business.

The best way forward - because this seems like a genuine disagreement - write off any backdate taxes - and agree on taxation going forward.

Dont kill her business that has taken years of hardwork to build - and expect her not be bitter.

Nyeuthi will remain shitholer if we cannot resolve simple disputes. KRA has maintained lawyers to insist Keroche should pay taxes on water and why they should close the factory while at the same we are running all over begging and rolling red carpet foreigners to come invest.
