Police should pursue thugs - arrest them or immobilize them if they resist - while they commit crime or arrest them publicly.
The cowards who wait for someone in their house - drags them and kill them in cold blood in the forest - we dont need them.
The police should deal with thugs Patrick Shaw style.
Return the Flying Squad - give them helicopters/fast cars/fast motorcycles - let them station in all violent crime hotspot - any distress call- they respond in the seconds
