William Ruto - 49.53% (3,994,013 votes)

With only Mt kenya numbers and Kalenjin; Uhuru never lost in 2013; How can Ruto lose now?
Uhuru in 2013 was scoring almost zero everywhere but still won.
GEMA have saved Ruto - and his gov should be 50% GEMA - and 10% Bukusu - 40% Kalenjin - the rest have to stay in opposition until they learn

Numbers are up and down depending on who is crunching the numbers. Ktn reporting 9 million with DP at 50.6 and Raila 48.8.
