That is the report that angered Uhuru very much he had to try to frustrate Ruto on the last Madaraka day. Ruto is God-driven while the other team is demonic-driven. Just the same way he told Kalenjins in 2013 that he knows what he is doing in supporting Uhuru,and in 2017 that he is the one running govt affairs, uhuru drinks all day.
