Title: Sonko leaks
Post by: Wa Njambi on November 24, 2021, 09:38:32 AM
The rule of thumb is, do not record anyone without consent when they are in a place where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy.

Sonko should be prosecuted for these leaks! They are illegal. They violate privacy.

But they are juicy

Like Miguna - we need Sonkos - so people understand just how rotten the system is. You dont have to like both but they are doing great job in our nascent democracy.

Miguna help us to call the takataka - takataka.

Sonko expose the taka taka.

We need more of these recordings.

The cognitive dissonance in our society is a chronic disease. Every day we keep crying how we are in a shithole cesspit, then when likes of sonkos, migunas point out to the scum responsible we start jumping - respect the scum! Our terminal disease!

Generally recording someone is a gray area its not illegal per se it all depends on what was recorded.ofcourse if information is crucial that could assist in cracking criminal or illegal dealing s then it can't be illegal.
But Sonko is a character he would have been a very good actor whats happening is that people are wondering what kind of governors they had but like you said very juicy and stupid for those who think sonko can keep a ssecret most importantly is what his family thinks of him especially the wife.
