He still runs like a rugby player - like he is protecting the ball - he a lot of scope to improve.

He is built like a body-builder.  Granted, it's a power event, but it has to be targeted - no need for excess mass if it's not adding to the run.  If you look at Trayvon Bromell, the guy's movements - even his wobbles - go towards pushing him forward like 90%.  Omanyala might benefit from changing coaches(get an American).  Still surprising, how fast and how out of nowhere this dude showed up.

Yes he need a coach - I think west africa has some good coaches - I saw one from Ivory coast that is highly regarded. If he cannot get to the US - he need to go to west africa.
