Blame it on clueless Uhuru. Either Sonko is the governor or not. There nothing like suspended governor signing the budget of a county.

Sonko is a tough nut. His refusal to appoint deputy governor means the speaker acts for 3 months and we go for elections. Wanjohi therefore would prefer he kept Sonko but took his powers.

If I was a governor now; I would engineer the exit of my deputy governor like Sonko.

Sonko is just buying time, But he will frustrate the generals all the way.
