Census: Jubilant Cannot Be Trusted

If he could not be trusted with elections which had a so called independent electoral agency, EVID, electronic transmission, international observers, party agents, the cloud, KIEMS kits, so-called real time results display, national and constituency tallying etc it's not reasonable to trust him with the national census.

The census is in 2019.

People should not waste time with census crap. It adds no value other than providing avenue for corruption. 

Btwn what happened to kiujuri ndota that killed poor students

Census is the basis of planning for next 10yrs. You don't want to boycott that.

We may soon become Nigeria where census is rigged because of sharing of oil revenue. Now the counties give people incentive to cheat. Mandera and Turkana certainly cheated.
