The Eternal Reopening and Reopening of PanPaper
« on: December 15, 2016, 02:36:07 PM »
It is only Pundit and Ken Lusaka who believe this nonsense of PanPaper. Kibaki "Reopened" Panpaper twice in his Presidency. The only difference this time is Uhuru and family stealing the assets of the company through his buddy.

Here you can see the story of one of the "Reopening{s}" in The Ethnic Rag:

President Kibaki addresses a Yes campaign rally at the Panpaper Stadium, Webuye shortly after presiding over the re-opening of the Pan Paper Mills factory July 29, 2010. Photo/PPS
... [the ICC case] will be tried in Europe, where due procedure and expertise prevail.; ... Second-guessing Ocampo and fantasizing ..has obviously become a national pastime.- NattyDread

Pan Paper will close shop end 2017. Muhindi investor will then sue Kenya govt for a song and the case will be settled out of court with Muhindi pocketing even more than he had asked for in the first place.

You are right about the date of closure. However the Mhindi has already been prepaid. The assets of PanPaper outside Western Province especially prime property in Nairobi are his.
