Thy don't mean Arsenal spent 150 mil this summer, thats the cost of Arsenal's 1st team.
Quote
Man U owners are throwing all the money they have to keep their glory fans happy.
Unfortunately they are spending the money like clueless brats, instead of fixing their defense like Abu Dhabi did,
they are running around buying more & more attackers. Then when they buy a defender they get shafted with high fees.
Luke Shaw's agent is no joke! 30 million for a Southhampton LB!!
Wapi akina Paukal & Joste tujadiliane soccer politics?

Pool did that by buying cheap underrated rejects like Sturridge, Coutinho, Balotelli.....then later they will add afew marquee signings.

Man United are over-spending on a striking force that they do not need... I could even predict that Radamel Falcao will be to Man united what Torres was to Chelsea and Andy Carroll was to Liverpool.... by the end of his loan time, and 18Million down the drain on the Man U coffers to be paid to him as wages, the man will not have made any impact. Same to Agel Di Maria.

Mheshimiwa, do you see as I see that wakati wa Euro 2016 the England Team will be a liverpool/Arsenal affair - these two teams will likely supply 85% of the starting line-up....

- RVP is injured according to rumors and may undergo surgery
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/robin-van-persie-injury-fears-4145108

- Rooney is said to being pushed to midfield
http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manchester-uniteds-wayne-rooney-play-3738698
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/11067684/Radamel-Falcao-How-will-he-fit-in-at-Manchester-United.html

- Di Maria can play in midfield, Blind too will play in midfield

- Van Gaal will switch to 433

Will all these in mind, Man Utd did a very good transfer business.

Most of the stars that Man United have signed will end up being played out of position, and therein lies the problem - they can't optimize their abilities! When RVP is fit who will play the No.9, him or Falcao?

Correction Pool provides 85% of the English squad, Arsenal 10% then Wayne Rooney 5%.

PS: Victor Valdes is on his way to Pool (Free agents can move outside the transfer window.)

L'Pool providing 85% was in the Bola 2014. With Danny Welbeck and Calum Chambers moving to Arsenal together with akina Wilshire, Walcott, the Ox, Carl Jenkison, & Gibbs, the Emirates is set to provide the bulk of the English first-11 players...going forward. Remember Mzee Stevo is retiring...

Man U are paying the price of Alex Ferguson incompetence. He left a club with aging players , no reserve pool , and certainly no defence.

They should have focused all their energy and money sourcing for the best defenders.

How ironical that you call the most sucessful club useles? Sample this and show me another club in England with such credentials:-

1) Charity Shield ........ 19times,
2) Premier league ....... 20 times,
3)  FA Cup            ....... 11 times,
4) Champions League ... 3 times,
5)  Euro Winners Cup .... 1 time,
6) European Super Cup .. 1 time,
7) Intercontinental cup ... 1 time &
8) FIFA World Club Cup ... 1 time.
