Kobia: Insanity Does Not Mean He Didn't Do It
« on: January 10, 2015, 06:51:24 PM »
I am glad Wetangula has said exactly what I stated. I may add that even if Kobia is raving mad, it does not mean he did not kill Fidel as he claims.
Quote
Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula has asked police to arrest controversial businessman Paul Kobia who was admitted to hospital after running amok on Thursday.

Police said his family took him to Gigiri police station after he became violent at his Runda home. Sources say he kept saying 'I killed Fidel'.

Wetangula told mourners at Fidel Odinga's funeral that police had no power to judge 'who is mad' but such powers lies with the court of laws.

Speakers at the funeral service at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology maintained that Fidel's death was not natural.

Lawyer Kethi Kilonzo alluded to the presence of poachers who were killing lions in in their camp.

"We have poachers of lions, poachers took away my father, poachers took away Kajwang and now poachers have taken Fidel. We need to stop these poachers," Kethi said in Kiswahili.

Acting Inspector General of Police Samuel Arachi on Thursday dismissed media reports claiming Kobia had been arrested.

"Mr Kobia was taken to Gigiri Police station by his family who wanted to be assisted in having him restrained and escorted to a psychiatrist after he started shouting incoherently and acting violently," Arachi said in a statement.

Nairobi Senator Mike Sonko said Kobia had claimed knowing how Fidel Odinga died during an altercation with his security team at Village Market.

Two guns were found in his car despite the fact that his firearm licence had been withdrawn after he shot dead a motorist last year.

Fidel died on Sunday morning at his Karen home. Pathologists are yet to release the cause of death.

I agree with Omorlo, but neither does it prove that he did it.

Kethi should make her father's autopsy public

Insanity is in fact  one of the most common ground for committing murder.

What would the motive be?  Politics or is this some sort of gangland turf war?

Yes. It does not prove he did it either. Which is why the IG blew his first major test.

Incidentally do these people know why decent countries employ spokesmen to pronounce the unspeakable to the public? Here is Arachi ruining himself forever. He has linked his name to Fidel's death for all the future. 50 Years from now vooke's grandchild will be writing a thesis on the Fidel Odinga Assassination (or Death) questioning the role of the IG. Some stigmas are totally avoidable.

On Kethi and autopsy: Assassins who use poison have one thing in common with conmen who make you hand over company cash to them to double. They design it such that you have a greater interest in covering it up. If it comes out you face total embarrassment and lifelong shame.

I don't for a second like this Kofia negro. If he had a hand in Fidel's death, I hope he pays in full

About Mutula, Joseph Smith had a few revelations and he received some gold plates from heaven which he happily copied into the Book of Mormon. When aksd where the plates went, he claimed that an angel or something took them up back to heaven. That's BS that can neither be proved nor disproved but if it helps the family sleep, Mutura was a person of interest who had to go and not a pedo who overdosed on some aphrodisiac with a hoe on his ranch

What I am saying is that if you gonna kill an adulterous priest, what better place than when he is with the wife of another man. That way you score a bullseye. Those interested in every stone being turned will soon realize that there are some stones to be left untouched.
