Omanyala Defeats Fred Kerley

A few observations:

There needs to be a greater focus on nurturing sprinters in Kenya.  I have seen a few local races and I can conclude that Omanyala and Mark Otieno are the only sprinters who actually know how to sprint.  It's more than just running as fast as possible.

Omanyala, false started and Fred Kerley burned up some juice in the process.  Even then, it looked - to me - like Fred Kerley still had another gear that he chose not to engage.  The guy is pacing himself for a long season in the 100m, 200m and 400m and he is a beast in all of them.  So, while I am happy for Omanyala, he has his work cut out.
