Looks like we are about to hit a peak plateau for data transfer speeds. The next thing would be to apply this on humans and physical beings. The next frontier of high tech, high speed transportation.

The really interesting bit about data speeds is how they end up affecting consumers gadgets.  When I first got 100MBS internet, a few of my gadgets clock speeds couldn't keep up with the resultant usage habits and speeds and kept crashing.
