They have been following PK - Uhuru doesnt seem interested in paying Mps a weekly retainer. In any case there is no doubt these Mps are on big retainer to be able to ignore the ground and plunge onto their political death.

Well Murathe through Jubilee have big pockets. Remember when P.K. was supposed to Run for Muranga Governorship ?  Until Murathe prevailed and told him he gurantees him Nairobi Nomination certificate. Well Wairia was waiting for him in Muranga with this same Gang.
Murathe and P.K. come  from same consituency and were arch rivals.I believe they did mend fences during P.K.s mother burial.
I think you really get it wrong when it comes to Muranga politics. Much of Muranga politics is controlled by Kiharu .
Kangema and Mathioya used to be one constituency , Mathioya was hived out by Moi so as Kamotho could win 1997 elections which he still lost. Gatanga is P.Ks and Murathes home place. Nduati happened to win  because Murathe gave him the nomination certificate. He is not popular at all.

Murang'a 'senior' politicians are in a twist. The blundering is because Ndindi Nyoro and Alice run away with the shine having stuck with ruto despite state harassment. These 'senior' politicians can only swallow their pride last minute or continue blundering and be buried with Belshazzar despite the writing on the wall. 

Even Kang'ata has disengaged from national ruto campaigns after Irungu Nyakera started shining with tea reforms. Or maybe after being asked by ruto to give out donations worth a ngavana .

Post michuki - post Matiba - post Kiano - it appears Muranga has not found it's footing - and the fight is on - for a pre-eminent leader- if Alice nicks DPORK - she fills the void - if not - I see Ndindi Nyoro filling it. Kangata is too mercurial bhang smoking regga lawyer.

Ndindi if Ruto wins - will become a billionaire - and with his political skills - will become the next Matiba.

Ndindi Nyoro reminds me of a small Ruto - ambitious, brilliant and brave - with a business eye.A young Matiba. Matiba was undone by stroke but he was terrific leader who'd have made great PORK. Thankfully Moi won because Matiba had become mentally incapacitated by the stroke.
