And somehow project himself as Mr Clean. More like Mr Weak - so nobody really bother with his scandals as long as he is not a political threat like Ruto.

Bottomline: All kenya politicians are thieves.

It simple - conduct asset assessment on everyone - if you cannot explain your wealth - you lose it.

We start with Jomo Kenyatta family - they should how they got money and land when they were broke in 1963 - take all kenyatta wealth minus what Jomo legitimately earn - maybe leave them with 200M...15yrs in salary of 2m.

Move to Moi - nationalize everything - except maybe 300M - that like 24yrs in salary of 2m.

Move to Odinga - the same.

Move to Ruto - the same.

If wishes were horses, ......!

Kenya is built on the foundation of corruption. That is why it is almost impossible to dismantle the tentacles of corruption in this country. Even in the private sector, companies like Safaricom were built on corruption. Go to banks like Equity not even mentioning NCBA, it is plain corruption.

James Mwangi of Equity by law should have never been allowed to lead a bank after his tenure as CFO of the collapsed Trade Bank. In 2002 no one person was allowed to have more than 5% shares of a bank. Mwangi held much more than that in the name of his secratary, houseboy, driver etc and the law was changed extra to accomodate him by the then Finance Minister Amos Kimunya. That is just one example of how corrupt people later become our celebrities.

Exactly - which is why we should go for where we can suceed - like the middle tier graft whose fingerprints and footprints are all over the crime scene.

MaDvD was at the heart of Goldenberg
He was the architect of Anglo Leasing
He stole graveyard money

I have no idea what major scam he's never got a piece of.

The country isn't Socially Developed. One of the indicators of a socially developed country is that nobody is born to power or position. Rather careers are open to talent & one's performance.

Today more than half of the ruling elite were born into power and position. Chances of a son of a peasant rising to high office are nil. That explains the almost unified resistance to Ruto. Sadly he's buying his way in by having systematically looted the state in a desperate attempt to equalize

I was taken aback recently when a 21 year old girl received 102 million from the boyfriend. The hullabaloo it generated was more than usual. A court citing "money laundering" froze her account.

What's money laundering? Isn't the Belgian banks part of the international banking system? The money was already in the system before being wired to Kenya! So how can money laundering even be an issue? It isn't

1. They are trying to shake down the couple for a cut
2. The idea of a young unknown girl getting 102m scares them. Only they shall have money

When was the 1.4 billion paid to Wanjigi investigated for the source? It was a kickback. But he got it and bought more luxury cars. But a young girl has to run out of the country while the boyfriend is handcuffed and thrown in a cell. So only Kenya has the competence to investigate money laundry but not Belgium!

It's okay for the banking system to flag such accounts that suddenly receive huge money. But a simple, logical and clear explanation should unlock the account. Belgium dont have information about the recipient account. But they certainly have no issue with their customer.

It should be simple - I sold my bitcoins - and  I am buying my girlfriend a house. End of story.
